Common questions about the plans
Is it the same care for every age?
Yes – every family gets the same VIP level of care and access. Only the price changes based on your child’s age.
Do you take insurance?
No. We’re out of network with all insurance companies and payment is due at registration.
Do all my children need to enroll?
Yes – we ask that all children in your household join, so care stays continuous. Each child is priced by their age.
Can I use my FSA or HSA?
Yes. We’re happy to provide a receipt for all services.
